Thank you for joining our mission to bring warmth, confidence and hope to children living in need.
By agreeing to participate in an Operation Warm program, you are signing up to provide brand-new coats and/or athletic-style shoes to children in your community. Operation Warm is not a used clothing drive, and you agree to raise funds to support the program, which include our provision of coats or shoes.
Organizations and groups may make donations to Operation Warm, Inc. and Operation Warm will help you select a local beneficiary organization. Alternatively, you may recommend a beneficiary organization to receive coats/shoes. Beneficiary organizations must be 501(c)(3) charities, schools, government agencies or faith-based organizations that serve children living in need. The beneficiary’s Federal Tax ID number may be requested by Operation Warm. Operation Warm products may not be provided to organizations/children that do not fit the above criteria and may not be returned or resold.
Items will ship to the beneficiary organization (note: items may ship “care of” an intermediary who receives the coats on behalf of the beneficiary). Shipping within the continental U.S. is free and included within your donation. Please see our policy on fees for shipping to Canada.*
Donations may be submitted to your online fundraising page or by check to the address below. Please specify your program name, city/state in the memo area of your check.
Shipping will not be scheduled before donations are received. Once shipments are scheduled, you will receive tracking information. Please allow up to two weeks from receipt of your donation for items to arrive.
